Crazy but we’re into the last few weeks of the year already! We have 3 Wednesday night workouts remaining before a quick holiday break and we kick off our 2020 running! While we will still post additional details the week of putting quick highlights of the upcoming workouts here.
Lower Loop Ladders: 1-2-3-2-1 (1 and 2 min efforts at 5 k pace, 3 min 10 sec slower)
4x 800m @ 5k pace / 4x 400m @ 3k pace. 90″ rest between 800m, 60″ rest between 400m. 2′ between sets
6-8x Hill Repeats @ 5-10K pace
