Come out to speed tonight! Fun little ladder workout which can be tailored to just about any race distance and experience level.
Two main options: (slight change from yesterday’s post to help with logistics)
A: 4x 400m @ 5k pace, 2x 800m @ 10k pace, 1x 1200m @ HMGP, jog back to start line at ~84th St & East Drive, 2x 800m @ HMGP pace, 3 400m @ 10K pace; 1 minute jog between each interval
B: 4x 400m @ 5k pace, 2x 800m @ 10k pace, 1x 1200m @ HMGP, 2’ SR, 1x 1200m @ HMGP, 2x 800m @ 10K pace, 3x 400m @ 5K pace; 1 minute jog between each interval
We’ll meet at 7:30pm at Southern Pumphouse, do a quick warm up and start the workout using the 400m marks on the East Drive starting at ~84th St.
