Ok so fun might be a stretch but this is a great workout for anyone doing The Washington Heights 5K or anyone that is just looking to mix up their running routine and get a good run in. I am happy to modify this workout to anyone’s fitness level.
Time & Location
7:30 @ W102 and the west drive (west side of the 102 transverse)
3-4x mile @ 10k pace. w102 around Harlem Hills to e102 followed by 4-6x 1′ fast uphill from w102
