Come out and get in some faster running before the holiday break!
7:30pm @ Southern Pumphouse
Warm up: ~1200m warm up w/ strides
Workout: 6, 8 or 10x 300m on 100m jog
*This is a bit shorter than we often go during our Weds speed sessions so will be a great opportunity to work on some faster running and quicker leg turnover. Beneficial for whether just running for fun or looking to get faster for racing.*
We’ll do this on the straightaway in front of Engineer’s Gate
