Workout: 6-8 x Cat Hill repeats with downhill recovery
Goal should be to hit at least your 10k pace but you can go faster or slower depending on what you’re looking for from the workout. Main purpose is to focus on good running form up the hill. Slight lean forward, relaxed shoulders, driving the knees up.
