It’s gonna be a bit cold out tonight. What better way to warm up than by getting some hill running in?!?! So come join us for some repeats on Cat hill. 🙂
Meet: 7:30pm @ Southern pumphouse or 7:35pm @ the TOP of Cat hill.
Workout: 6-8x up Cat Hill @ 10k effort, moderate recovery jog down the hill (45-60″ slower than up the hill)
