Hi all,
Warming up a bit from the beginning of the week! What better way to celebrate than by getting outside and running? Tonight we’ll do some timed intervals on rolling terrain followed by some hard efforts uphill.
Time & Location
7:30pm @ Southern Pumphouse or
7:40pm @ crosswalk at the top of the hill on Central Park Drive at the Southwestern corner of the reservoir
Workout
4-6x 4′ on 1′ standing rest at 10km race effort (a pace you could hold for about 40′)
6-8x 45″ hill repeats, jog down recovery @ full effort
