Join us tonight four another round of Speed! We’ll meet either at 7:00pm by the Hamilton statue behind the Met or 7:05ish next to the Boathouse at the bottom of Cat Hill.
The workout: The workout: 4-8x Cat Hill + 2 minutes (start at bottom of hill, start 2 minute clock at top of the hill) moderate recovery back to bottom of the hill (approximately 800m repeats)
It’s going to be hot, so bring lots of water and patience.
