Tomorrow is Global Running Day! Let’s celebrate the sport that brings us together with a special night of Speed.
We will meet at Ellington in the Park on Riverside Park (NOT our usual spot!) at 7:00pm. We’ll do our workout and then go for food and drinks.
The workout is meant to be more accessible for anyone that hasn’t done speed work in the past. If Speed piques your interest in any way, this is a great place to start.
The workout is a ladder 🪜:
4 x 30 sec @ Half marathon pace with 1 min jog recovery
2 x 1 min @ 10k pace with 2 min recovery
3 min @ 10k pace with 3 min recovery
Then back down the ladder
