Tonight’s workout is 3 X 1.7 Miles(lower loop) with no rest in between. Each loop will get faster.
Loop 1 @ Marathon Goal Pace
Loop 2 @ Half Marathon Pace
Loop 3 @ 10k Pace
We’ll meet at 7:30pm at the crosswalk across from Tavern on the Green near the water fountain.
2 mile warm up will start at Engineer’s gate at 7:05pm for those interested.
