Tonight’s marathon tempo workout is 4 Upper Loop repeats. We’ll from from 102nd St on West Drive around the north loop to 102nd St on the East Drive (1.1 miles) at Marathon +30″ pace with a recovery jog down the 102nd St cut through (.25 miles).
Meet 7:30pm at 102nd St/West Drive; bottom of the cut through where we make the left turn to head down the west side of the park towards Columbus Circle at MNR.
7:05pm at Engineer’s gate if joining for a two mile warm up.
