Hi all,
Hoping everyone can join for a fun fast paced workout tonight. With us having done the longer stairs/hill workout and 400m-1200m repeats recently this week we’ll focus on some shorter and quicker intervals.
Meet: 6:30pm in front of the Alexander Hamilton statue behind the Met
Workout: 3-4x 4x 200m @ ~5k pace on 45″ rest with 2′ between sets
