Hey all,
60+ degrees in February. While in the broader picture that’s probably not the best news it certainly makes for a pleasant evening for a run. I won’t be able to host tonight but Lauren has been kind enough to step in for me. We’re going to change the workout from what we originally had planned so will meet in the normal spot behind the Met at 6:30pm.
Workout:
4x 1000m @ 5K effort pace on 400m recovery
2-4x 200m @ @ mile effort pace on 200m recovery
