Join me in Central Park for some frighteningly fast* fun on East Drive!
(*all abilities welcome)
We will meet at the Southern Pump House (usual Weds night meeting spot) at 7:30 pm and jog to the start (on East Drive, near the Hamilton statue) for the warm-up. We’ll start the workout around 7:40 pm.
The workout:
1x 800 m @ 10 k pace
2x 600 m @ 10 k pace
3x 400 m @ 5 k pace
4x 200 m @ faster than 5 k pace
Recovery jog 200 m between each effort
You will need:
A watch
Remember it’s Res Dogs Red Week, so try to wear TRD gear or some red apparel. Halloween-themed accessories also welcome (but not mandatory!!) I’ve got plenty of Halloween temporary tattoos for everyone 🙂
