Tonight’s speed workout will be cat hill repeats.
We’ll meet at 7:30pm at the usual Southern Pump House and warm up with a jog down to the Boathouse/bottom of cat hill. Feel free to meet us down there at 7:40 if it’s more convenient.
The workout will be 5-7 hill repeats at 10K to half marathon pace with easy recoveries back down the hill. Total distance, including the warmup, is 3-4 miles.
And since the summer heat wave has decided to stick around for a while, continue hydrating today!
