I am looking forward to seeing everyone at speed tonight. It is going to be very humid with a high dew point so make sure that you hydrate before during and after your workout. The workout is below. All reps will be at mile pace.
4×200 meters with 200 meters or 1 min jog rest
4=6 x 400 meters with 400 meters rest or 2 minute jog
4×200 meters with 200 meters or 1 min jog rest

FYI we will be meeting behind the Met at 6:30pm and doing our workout on the straight away in front of engineers gate.
