Come join us on a great night to run. The workout below is for those training for the marathon and for those just looking to get a fun workout in.
Workout: 6-8 x 800m @ MGP with 400m jog recovery
When: 7pm tonight
Meet: behind the met near the Hamilton statue (83rd Street and east drive)
If anyone is running late and wants to do the workout we will be doing the 800’s between the met and just past engineers gate.
