This week’s speed workout will be Cat Hill repeats.
Meeting place/time: 7:30pm at the Southern Pump House. We’ll warm up with a jog down to the Boathouse/bottom of cat hill.
Workout: 6-8 repeats up the hill at 10k pace with easy recoveries back down to the start
Total distance: 3.5 to 4.5 miles including warmup
