Hello All! Happy Wednesday! Tonight’s workout will be hosted by Pete and will be 400 m repeats in Central Park.
MEET AT THE USUAL WEDS NIGHT SPOT (SOUTHERN PUMP HOUSE, ~E 84TH ST, BEHIND THE MET) AT 7:30 PM. The workout will be starting at around 7:40 PM on East Drive (running North), just opposite the Hamilton monument, if you’d prefer to meet there.
The workout: 400 m repeats with decreasing recoveries
The details:
1. 5 x 400 m at 5 K pace, with 90, 60, 30, 15 seconds recovery in between
2. 3 minute easy jog
3. Repeat Step 1.
You will need: a watch
PLEASE NOTE: if there are any updates to the plan (e.g., as a result of weather), I will post an update by 5:30 PM today. Please keep an eye out.
