Come out to celebrate Global Running Day with a fun track workout. We are going to take advantage of the fact that central park is going to be very crowded with the corporate challenge to leave the park and do a workout in Riverside Park. Details below.
Meeting: 7pm at track on 73rd street and riverside park
Workout: 12-14 x 200m @ mile pace with 1 minute standing rest
After Party: We will be going to Pier I Cafe on 70th and riverside park after the workout to have food and drinks to celebrate Global Running Day.
I will be able to hold people’s stuff so feel free to bring a change of clothes.
