With the Corporate Challenge taking over much of Central Park the next two evenings, we’re heading outside the park for this week’s speed workout.
Meeting time/place: 7:30p at EAST 91ST STREET & THIRD AVENUE (at the top of the hill that heads down to Second Ave.)
Workout: After jogging down to the bottom of the hill, complete 10 to 12 reps up the hill at HMGP with easy jog recoveries back down the hill.
And in keeping with our #RDRW spirit, be sure to wear your Res Dogs or red gear!
