Hi All – Come out and keep Pete company for another night of faster running and week 2 of Club Champs Training Block!!
7:30pm at Southern Pumphouse. Will do a quick warm up and start the intervals at 7:40pm in the Park along East Drive at 84th st (400m markers on drive)
We will once again have three options for the workout:
A: 3-4 x 1200m @ hard effort on 2-minute standing rest
B: 4 x 1200m @ 5k goal pace on 400m jog recovery
C: 6 x 1200m @ 5k goal pace on 400m jog recovery; then 4 x 200m @ 1-mile goal pace on 100m jog recovery
