Res Dog Red Week will continue tomorrow down at the East 6th Street track!
What: 4-8 Canova 800m intervals. We will run 800m (2 laps) at Half Marathon Goal Pace followed by 800m at ~40″ slower than HMGP. There is no easy jog or walking rest in this workout, the slower paced 800m is the recovery.
When: 7:30pm ready to start the first interval
Where: East 6th Street track
Marathon training warm up: We will meet at 7pm at the SE corner of 42nd./Lex for a 2.5 mile warm up run to the track
