Tuesday, October 2nd
Meet for warm up: Engineers’ gate at 7:05pm
Meet for workout: 400m mark on East Drive (~83rd St) at 7:30pm
Workout: 1-2 mile warm up, 5-6x 1200m @ MGP on 400m jog, 1-2 mile cool down
Where: Back and forth along East Drive from ~83rd st to 98th st using the painted 400m marks
Thursday, October 4th
Meet for warm up: 1-2 miles on your own
Meet for workout: Tarvern on the Green (West Drive ~67th st) at 7:30pm
Workout: 1-2 mile warm up, 3x Lower Loop progression run: 1. MGP, 2. HMGP (15″ faster), 3. 10KGP (15-20″ faster again), 1-2 mile cool down
Where: Lower Loop

Saturday, October 6th
On your own
Workout: 18-20 miles
