NYC Marathon Training for 8/31-9/4:
Tue 8/31: Meet at 6:30pm at the Riverbank track – 8x Canova 800s (see paces/notes tab for canova description)
Thu 9/2: Meet at 6:30pm behind the Met – 4-7 miles @ MGP
Sat 9/4: on your own 15-20 miles, hopefully you can join our Saturday Morning Run during your long run.
