NYC Marathon Training for 10/5-10/9:
* Tue 10/5: Meet at 6:30pm behind the Met – 6x 3/4 miles @ MGP w/400m recoveries
* Thu 10/7: Rest – Meet at 6:30 across Tavern on the Green (NOT behind the Met) Lower Loop Progression (approx 1.7 miles each at MP, HMP, 10K — no rest)
* Sat 10/9: on your own – 18-20 miles; hopefully you can join our Saturday Morning Run during your long run.
