Fall Marathon trainings for this week. Join us if you’re running a marathon.
Congratulations to everyone who ran Berlin, etc. this past weekend. Lots of PRs!

Week 9 for Late Fall marathons (eg. NYC):

* Tue 10/1: 6x 1200m @ MGP on 400m jog; we’ll meet at 7:10pm behind the Met. David K. will be your host.
* Thu 10/3: 3x Lower Loop: MGP, HMGP, 10KGP; we’ll meet at 7:10pm behind the Met.
