Meet: 7:30pm @ Southern pumphouse
Workout: 4-6 x 800 @5k pace, 2 x 400 @Mile pace, 2 x 200 all out. There will be 1 minute standing rest in between both the 800’s and 400’s and 30 seconds rest in between the 200’s.
Where: We will be doing the workout in front of engineers gate for those that may be running a little late.
