We’re going off-campus (or out of Central Park) this week for a perennial favorite, East 91st Street hill repeats.
We will MEET AT E91 AND THIRD AVENUE at 730p!!! Please do not go to the Southern Pump House unless you want to run a warmup from there to E91st and Third.
The target is 10 repeats on the closed block between Second and Third, working up the hill and recovering down it. That quantity is flexible, please ask for suggestions on modification. Total distance is 2.5 miles for a 10-repeat workout with recoveries, 3.25 miles with a warmup from the meeting spot. I am happy to safeguard any bags, clothing, hot chocolate, etc. during the workout.
Bring your MetroCard, the nearest Q subway stop is three blocks away!
