Another great night for a run. Todays tempo run workout is listed below. Tonight’s workout is great for those doing the NYC marathon because we will be doing the last 4 miles of the course which I highly recommend doing.
Meeting: Engineers gate at 7:05
Workout: 10 Miles at MGP (there will be a 9 and 8 mile option)
Course: We will start with our usual Monday Night Run course and then continue north and exit the park on 110th and then over to 5th avenue where we will do the last 4 miles of the marathon.
