Hey all,
Sorry for the confusion but here’s a better breakdown of the workout:
Light:
A: 5-7x Literary Walkway repeats: hard effort down; jog back, add in 1min Standing Rest once back if needed
Medium
B: 2x Lower Loop @ Half Marathon Goal Pace with 2min jog rest OR 2min Standing Rest, 2x 400 @ Half Marathon Goal Pace minus 10 seconds with 200m jog rest
Heavy
C: 3x Lower Loop @ Half Marathon Goal Pace on 2min jog rest OR 2min Standing Rest, 4x 400 @ Half Marathon Goal Pace minus 10 seconds on 200m jog rest
Shorter race workout: 5-7x Literary Walkway repeats: 5k or faster down; jog back
