Wednesday Night Speed -- 5/17

Hey all,

Come join us for one last pre-Brooklyn Half speed workout tonight! This one will be short & sweet and is good for anyone, whether you’re running BK this weekend or just looking to get in a mid-week workout with your fellow Dogs.

Meeting place/time: Meet at the Southern Pump House at 7:30pm, and we’ll warm up to & around the Great Lawn from there. If it’s more convenient or you’re running late, meet at the lower end of the Great Lawn oval path at 7:40.

Workout:
4x800m repeats around the Great Lawn at HMGP with 90-second recoveries
2-4 Cat Hill repeats at HMGP with recoveries back down the hill

Total distance: ~3.25 to 4.25 miles (including warmup), depending on # of cat hill reps
