Wednesday Night Speed/BK Training

Come join us all on a perfect night for a run. This workout is for everyone whether you are training for the Brooklyn half, looking for a speed workout, or just want to get a good cardio workout in. All paces welcome. Don't be shy. If you have never done a speed workout please come and check it out. We can modify the workout for everyone.

Meeting: 7:30 at Southern pump house (85th and the reservoir) if running late or doing own warm up meet at 7:45 at 65th and west side just south of Tavern on the Green

Workout:
1.5 mile Warm up
2x1 mile at HMGP
2x800 at 10K pace
4x400 at whatever you have left
