Come out for tonight's speed workout.
What: 4-6x Cat Hill + 1' flat running at 10k-Half marathon pace with recoveries back down the hill.
When: 7:30pm @ Southern Pumphouse or 7:40pm at base of Cat Hill.
Why: Good training for BK half as well as good strength workout for general running fitness.
How far: ~.75 mile warm up from Southern Pumphouse and ~3-4.5 miles total including recoveries
Will be a bit chilly/breezy so dress accordingly.
