We'll meet at the southern pump bridge at 7:30pm or east side of 102 transverse at 7:40pm. We'll be doing a Harlem Loop/track workout.
The total workout is about 4m's of pickups with 1.5 rest at 5 - 10k pace.
Take a look at the map as it gives you a relative idea as to what the workout will be but we'll go over the course again once we're there.
