Tonight's speed workout will be good old Cat Hill repeats. We'll meet at the Southern Pump House at 7:30pm and warm up with a jog down to the Boathouse. Or meet us down there at 7:40 if it's more convenient.
Workout details: 6-8 repeats up the hill at 10k pace with easy recoveries back down the hill. (Beginners 6x, intermediate 7x, advanced 8x) Total distance is 3-4.25 miles of repeats/recoveries, ~3.75-5 miles including the warmup.
