Come on out for some rolling hill repeats tonight. Great prep for Coogans and can be modified as needed for those training for other distances.
Meet: 7:30pm @ Southern Pumphouse or 7:35 at 85th/West Drive
Workout: 4-6x 1000m @ 5k pace on 90" walk/jog recovery. Pick ups will be on the West Side hills (approx. 85th St - 96th St)
Cool down: Optional 1 mile
Temps will be about 40 degrees so some pretty nice running weather!
