Meet at South Pumphouse:

Easy jog south on East Drive toward Summer Stage bandshell. Workout begins there.

1 mile at 10k pace along lower loop; 90 second easy jog recovery; run same 1 mile course in reverse at 10k pace; 90 second easy jog recovery. Repeat entire process once more for a total of 4 mile repeats.

Total mileage: approximately 5 miles
